Command Speech Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Israel to develop speech technology for mobile devices. The company developed both speech recognition and text-to-speech software that was able to run under noisy conditions on mobile devices without the need for a network connection.

The company closed in 2016, and remaining assets were donated to the Speech and Signal Processing lab at Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel.
